OZtion, an Australian online auction site (www.oztion.com.au), today announced 400% growth in online auction listings since the June launch of their Zero Cost Listing service.

Online sellers are discovering that you don’t need to pay to list a product for sale or auction. OZtion’s Zero Cost Listings service has already grown 400% in the last 4 months.”
OZtion’s Zero Cost Listing service offers zero cost listings for online auctions, with a very low fee being charged only when the item is sold. The sale fee ranges from 1.5% to 3% of the sale price, with the fee capped at (AUD).
Using a unique, Australian designed and developed online auction system, OZtion has grown rapidly through word of mouth since opening for business on the 1st January 2005. OZtion is currently the 2nd largest online auction site in Australia.
Philip Druce continued, “With increasing competition in the Australian online auction and classifieds space, we predict that people will no longer tolerate high fees. Any business that continues to charge sellers to list a product online will suffer.”
OZtion conducts security checks on sellers before they are allowed to offer items for sale to help prevent fraud and make OZtion a safer place to trade.
Items listed on OZtion can be automatically re-listed for free until sold, which makes OZtion perfect for sellers of unique or high value items.
